20% off Breakers East regular 2008 rate schedule for the months of June, July, and August of 2008.

• Discount applies only to rental periods of one week or more. No monthly rentals are permitted during this time period, and short term rentals (3 to 6 days) do not qualify for the "Summer Special" 20% discount, but may qualify for the "Referral Rewards" 10% discount under appropriate conditions of the "Referral Rewards" program. Short term rentals resulting from the "Walk-In Special" (while in effect) also qualify only for a 10% discount during this time period.
• Reservations for this "Summer Special" shall be paid in full, in advance, upon booking, and are non-refundable for any reason. In The event of the death or serious illness of the person who made the reservation or a member of that person's immediate family, the booking may be transferred to a member of such person's immediate family for use prior to April 1, 2009. Under no circumstances will any portion of the rent be refunded.
