We will not book in advance any reservation for less than the 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays of 7 nights are generally required during the peak spring, peak summer, and holiday periods. Shorter stays may be available on a walk up basis. Rates are subject to applicable State and Local Taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rent for your visit is due on arrival. Payment can be made by cash, traveler's checks or personal checks with proper identification. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover also accepted.
RESERVATION POLICY
An advance reservation deposit of $500 per reservation is required at time of booking your rental condominium. The advance reservation deposit will be applied toward rental fees. Most major credit cards are accepted and are required to be on file at check in. In the event that a credit card is not available at booking, a cash security deposit of $500 will be required within 5 days of booking. Cash security deposits are not applied toward rent and will be refunded within 30 days after departure, less any charges for damages to the unit, cancellation fees, or other incidental charges.
CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION
An advance reservation/security deposit of $500 (or lesser amount not to exceed the rental amount) is required at time of booking. An acceptable credit card such as Visa and MasterCard is required to be on file for advanced reservations. At check-in the advance reservation deposit will be applied toward rental fees.
Reservations cancelled 30 days (60 days for monthly) prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit $50 of the advance reservation/security deposit plus appropriate tax.
Cancellations received less than 30 days (60 days for monthly) prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit the full $500 advance reservation/security deposit plus appropriate tax.
Failure to cancel a reservation prior to scheduled arrival will
result in a charge in the full amount of the reservation.
WE ARE FAMILY FRIENDLY AND WILL NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS FOR STUDENT GROUPS OR UNCHAPERONED YOUNG ADULTS. RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES WILL RESULT IN DENIAL OF ADMITTANCE, EVICTION, AND/OR FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT AND RENT.
NO PETS, SKATEBOARDS OR ROLLER BLADES ALLOWED.
